South Florida property platform

One home for a property. A room for everyone in it.

Rent, repairs, leases and a document vault for owners, property managers, tenants and vendors, on the web, iOS and Android.

Cigua is invite-only: owners and property managers bring in everyone else by invitation.

Who it's for

Everyone gets their own room

The name

Named for the cigua palmera

The cigua palmera, or palmchat (Dulus dominicus), is the national bird of the Dominican Republic. Many pairs share one big nest, each with its own chamber and entrance.

That's Cigua: one home for a property, a separate room for everyone involved.
